Job responsibilities

Product Designer (UI/UX) Intern

● You will be in charge of the Food service (Consumer/Merchant) which is the big service of Be

ecoSystem and also support other cross-functional teams

● Working closely with the teams that own systems for end-user, driver, partner, suppliers and

business teams and will be responsible for the following tasks:

● Partner with Researchers and Designers to define and deliver new features, test new concepts,

and assist with final implementation.

● Taking ownership of the end-to-end design experience for our products

● Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)

● A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required. (Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed).

Your skills & experiences

● Intern: NO DESIGN DEGREE! NO WORRY! All we need is your ability! As long as you can prove it

through your working experience or implemented projects in the form of ideas, or projects you

have done.

Technical skills

UI:

● Have a keen eye for visual design: Color, Typography, Layout, Composition

● Have a basic knowledge of Design Systems: Atomic design concept

● Experience with UI animation and Interactions

● Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.

UX:

● Solid understanding of the design thinking process

● Must be passionate about solving complex problems and curious about everything in the world

● Be able to conduct User research: Heuristic Evaluation, Competitive Analysis,…

● Have a basic knowledge of Wireframing, Prototyping, User testing, Interaction

Product:

● Understanding the operation of product: How it works?

● Solid understanding of Ride-hailing and Food delivery domain is a plus

Soft skills

● Be a good storytelling person in Presentations, Communicating with other stakeholders

● You are a careful person with great attention to every detail of work:

+ Each experience of the user journey

+ Organize workspace and naming convention (Figma)

● Proficient in English: Writing, Communication

Toolkits

● Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite,…

● Have a basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, Product development life-cycle (Agile)
